Loki_ Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 My scoundrel tool tips have always been bugged since as long as I can remember started leveling it shortly after 1.2 and this has never been highlighted as far as i know. For example diagnostic scan tool tip in pvp gear says heals a friendly target for 1199 yet when I channel diagnostic scan on myself I get 3 ticks for 349 with no crits correct me if i am mistaken but 349 x 3 does not round anywhere near to 1199 Also when I have my stacks of upper hand the tool tip updates to reflect 6% healing boosted which seems to work for the initial original duration of upper hand but if all the stacks are not spent within that time and refreshed the 6% healing boost stops taking effect until you spend all your upper hand stacks and then gain a new upper hand.
