Master-Nala Posted December 23, 2011 Share Posted December 23, 2011 I had to reinstall from a particularly nasty bug, but don't want to wait for 11GB to come in if possible. Would just putting the disks in the drive cut down the data needed? I would guess yes, but not sure. I've experienced in other games situations where they changed the file structure of the game which made the disks worthless. Thanks for any replies. Mandrax Posted December 23, 2011 Share Posted December 23, 2011 Normally the reason MMOs take a long time to install is due to the patches that need to be downloaded. As there haven't been too many patches since going gold, it's probably quicker installing from disk right now and downloading the small patches.
