Sempronos
After returning to the game from a year long break, I ran the beginning FP with my brand new Jedi Knight only to find that the Esseles (sp?) bug is still there. People are dropping at the end of the event! Please fix this!
MCaliban
There's no better way to introduce people to the wonders of The Old Republic than have the end of their first FP cause the game to crash.

I hadn't considered this, good point. Plus its annoying as all get out.
psandak
The problem is that the bug is client hardware related and nigh impossible to reproduce consistently. And without the ability to reproduce the bug over and over again it is impossible to test any possible fix. The work-around is: 1. Complete Esseles up to end as normal. 2. Before speaking to Officer Harken, go to preferences. 3. Set vsync off 4. Set graphics to very low. 5. Set resolution to 1024x768. 6. Set to windowed mode 7. Speak to Officer Harken, immediately minimize the game window. 8. Wait 20 to 30 seconds for the "jump to light speed" animation to finish. 9. Open the window back up, the animation should be finished and Harken should be waiting for your response. 10. Finish the conversations, complete flashpoint, return to Fleet. as posted in: http://www.swtor.com/community/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=5459470
Halinalle
They said in one of the streams last week that there's fix for this in next patch. They said it's not the ultimate solution to it but what they have in there is looking promising.
