Decimattor Posted April 16, 2014 Share Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) this spec needs to be buffed a little bit. not anything huge but mabye just an extra crit chance on annihilate/merciless slash perstack of juyo form in juyo mastery or even work it into the mechanics of the ability it self.
