Lunafox Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 (edited) I was a sub, who purchased the max number of slots so that they number 22. When I went Premium the first time, I was reduced to 16 slots, and the rest were rendered inactive. I was still allowed to delete from the active slots and make a new toon if I wished to try something different. Well, I learned last night, when I deleted one of my active 16 toons, that I could not make another in it's place, even though I'd paid for the slot, and the rest of the inactive toons were still inactive, leaving me with 15/16. I relogged a few times, and this would not clear the issue. Is this working as intended? Because I was able to delete and remake from the pool of active 16 that I had before. Now I can't? Anyhow, I resubbed to get my slots back, but this is something you ought to look into or warn people about. People should be able to delete and create as they wish, with the 16 slots they're allowed.
