I'd say the Exogorths (giant space slugs, i.e. "This is no cave") are at least a top contender. In the KOTOR comics the Arkanians tried to weaponize them since they could conceivably be directed to eat moons or even small planets. (They do have a natural predator, the Colossus Wasp, but while those are dangerous to some extent, it's not clear that they're any real threat to anything other than the Exogorths). For something you might actually run into on a planet I would think the Sithspawn Leviathans are probably about as powerful as they come.
