Business, primarily the guild's is a para military organisation for hire, taking jobs that would lead its members across the galaxy. Anything from assassination to security, kidnapping to Sith hunting. The second part of the guild's rp is "pleasure" wild parties for its hardworking soldiers to spend all their hard earned credits on. What happens during these parties.... Who can say?
