dacentabaal Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 I was doing "[OPS] Decent into the Dark Fortress" with my guild in 16 man SM, I died on the last boss when she was about 1/4 HP left. As soon as she hit the floor dead my character was removed from the phase, I re-entered and having ran all the way from the beginning got 0 loot and 0 coms and the Oricon Ops quest didn't complete Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
