Does not affect players. Accelerant (Powertech)- Sprays the target in flammable fluid, lowering its elemental defenses for a short while. Does not affect players. It would give more utility for the class which feels like it does underwhelming damage at the moment, as well as giving it more benefits to an ops group, as the Vanguard and Powertech currently have no armor debuffs or group damage buffs, while still not hitting quite as hard as other classes. Remh Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 This wouldn't work in the way you describe it, there are other classes that use elemental tech damage. Like the assault spec commando.
