Still doesn't work. :-( To answer the question from the OP, 36/8/2 is the standard Annihilation build. You can swap the two points out of Subjugation into anything else in the Annihilation tree if you really want it (I sometimes take the Saber Ward self-heal talent if I have less confidence in my healers). If the fight is absurdly high on the raid damage, you might be better off with two points in Cloak of Carnage, rather than Malice (Hateful Entity is a great example), since that will ease your rage management a lot. Annihilation isn't as rage-bound as Carnage is, but it does become very difficult to keep your resources up during the execute phase unless you get extremely lucky on melee crits.
