Anyway, figured this out the other day. It's been reported as bugged by myself and many others throughout the months, but you actually have to die 15 times in a Huttball match (not 10, as is listed) for this achievement to unlock. See this screenshot as proof. Additionally, also reported multiple times, but the 100,000k damage taken in Alderan Civil War is still bugged. I've taken 500k+ in some matches before to never have this unlock. Perhaps there is an extra 0 in the code and it's set at 1M?
