Using the game's interface, you have to rely on individual crew tooltips; this tool consolidates the information into an easy-to-comprehend single-page view. Might make a bit more of an obvious separation between the abilities' and crew members' sections, at first glance I thought I was supposed to read across. Then brain engaged.
