rebab Posted December 23, 2011 Share Posted December 23, 2011 (edited) if its the one you get on your second planet from the galactic hunt trainer then its only a part of your quest and no item/skill. it is only usable as an conversions option later. It may be some late game "PvP CC " skill, or raid CC, like whirlwind is for the inquisitor. In that case it's a "break on dmg" skill.
