Join an ops group ( e.g. An ops group to kill a world boss on illum) Get message to switch instances. Say yes. You spawn in the new instance but the Targetting cursor is lost. The arrow no longer appears on enemy target heads. The soft red circle on the ground still works but the arrow above the target no longer appears. Please continue to look at this.
