Patch 2.5b

Anyone else getting 100% done with the update but the Play button never activates??? I have been sitting here for 3 hours with the 2.5b update installing. Now the game does not load or even the play button is activated yet the installer says 100% installed.

 

System is as Follows

MSI Z77A-GD65 Intel 3770

MSI GTX 770 X 2 SLI

16GB Corsair Vengance RAM 1600

Crucial 64GB SSD BootWD 2TB Black WD 600 Raptor WD 3TB Green Seagate ST500

LG BD-R Pioneer BD-RW BDXL

2 VG278 Displays

1000W PSU

HAF X Case

Windows 7 Home Premium 64

 

the 2TB Drive is my data C Drive. Enough room for many things and Not understanding why the 2.5b is just hanging. As a Subscriber I am concerned about being unable to play since the files are all installed but the play button is not activating.

This is at 8:02AM and I let it sit like this from 11:00PM last night hoping it would load.

The same problem here, yesterday downloading patch since ALL DAY

Here is the Fix. 1 go to swtor.com/download and get the 2.5b installer. save it, then uninstall SWTOR and find all the direcories/folders in c:/programs86 for 64 bit systems /c:/programs for 32 bit systems. Delete the Electronic Arts Folder Directories, find in c:/user/userid/apdata and in here you'll see the EA folder directories too. Find and delete every EA folder Directory you can run CCLeaner and the Registry cleaner in it, then re-install using the new file and it will actually work. This is only for those that use Intel systems the update is for AMD systems and it crashes the I

ntel systems. Locks up on the updater.
