Truth is as we went further and further back in time, the entries would become less and less relevant to the current game. We wanted them to be in some way relevant, so we took the decision to put them on hiatus. It's still possible we'll restart them but it's probably more likely that we'll do something that's 'Timeline-like' but has more relevance to the game as it expands. It's been a few years now since they made the last one (the reddit thread itself is almost 2 years old), so I seriously doubt they'll be spending the money to bring Lance Henriksen back for any more of these videos. Definitely not cost-effective use of resources at this point. The 12 entries they did release are still up on the site at least: Galactic History I didn't get the Collectors Edition, but I know it included a real-life book called "The Journal of Master Gnost-Dural", which is the framing device used for the videos, not sure if it has written entries from the unreleased videos or not. It covers some of the stuff mentioned in the released videos, namely Revan's betrayal but other than that, it just delves into his early and late career as a Jedi Knight and eventually Jedi Master.
