graigm Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 I've been experiencing an issue with the Operative Medic talent: Surgical Precision. I've seen on many occasions where my target is below 30% health and I'm not being re-granted Tactical Advantage, thus not allowing me to use abilities such as Surgical Probe.
