Hendar
So something SWG had down very nicely before it dropped dead, was a lot of the vehicles they added around that time were incredible. I loved Darth Maul's crescent bike, it was awesome. One of my biggest favourites was the wheelbike, there aren't exactly that many of these in Star Wars canon, one showed up in the old 1988 cartoon Star Wars Droids and another later in the movies, you had Grevious Wheelbike. The latter was added to SWG, had all these spinning gears when it stood still and it could jump (though very poorly as the engine wouldn't allow it) with the tiny legs that made it leap forward. Of course the bikes are too far off into the future of the timeline but it would be amazing to see a predecessor to these wheelbikes in SWTOR in some shape, way or form. Spamfritter
Galaxies isn't something to be emulated. And realistically wheeled vehicles outside of tanks are pretty much non-existent in Star Wars.

But yeah that's why it would be an exotic vehicle, similar to the Podracer.

Honestly I have no faith in BW/Hero Engine to be able to make a vehicle with moving parts that interact with the environment.
