So-low Posted November 23, 2013 Share Posted November 23, 2013 Can any of the math experts do calculations on what stat allocation is best for scoundrel/operative healing for Arena play? For example, high alacrity vs surge; amount to stack crit assuming a crit proc relic is used, or if a crit proc relic is even better than a matrix cube, etc. Would be very much appreciated by myself and my scoundrel friends.
