ZNICK
I've come back after a 1+ year leave and quickly leveled my (previously decked out in ub3r 50's gear) Powertech to level 55... I have always played tank here but have played DPS in other games, and here a small bit... what would be more in demand and looked for now here for ranked Arenas? A PT tank or the new Pyro/AP DPS models? I'd like to start playing a lot more ranked as soon as I get geared a little better, etc etc.. Thanks for your thoughts. Rootgurr
I use a modified AP build running ion cylinder. You're tough with good dps output as well as having a guard for a mara or healer. I'd be happy to give you further details if you need further assistance.
ZNICK
I may want more info once I decide which route to go. Do you know which is more in demand though? If I wanted to get on a team/pre-made, which would be more likely to be picked up, a PT DPS or PT tank? Z
ishbindeinvater
an AP with ion is quite a tank for PvP and does good damage. -30 aoe damage and -30 while stunned makes you the best pvp tank :-) i would go that route, especially for solo queues because you are not so dependend on your teammates. Would that be Koozie's, or Megapt's, or either? Rootgurr, is this what you're using too? Z Edited November 5, 2013 by ZNICK
