But if it works for you. *Edit* Yeah hang on, derped and gave pre2.0 advice. 6% alacrity > 2/3% surge that eh top end of diminishing returns. Especially with no crit rating. I'm more worried about the godlike energy regen than the 0.1-0.2 on my casts. ^^ I run with about 70% Surge currently, rest Alacrity. I'm quite enjoying it, but wouldn't know what's optimal. More Alacrity would speed up my casttimes a tiny bit and more importantly give me even more energy, but due to all the moments I'm forced to not waste energy (stunlock, interrupt spam etc and our instants are cheap) I hardly run out.
