Alex_York Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 Everyone remembers short lightsabers from kotor games right? I'm playing marauder, and I would prefer short lightsaber in my lefthand. In kotor they had different stats, but changing something like that may reflect on balance. I would like to see short sabers in-game like a cosmetic change in firstplace. Of course I had some thoughts about giving short saber different stats, for example if you mainhand shortie it wil have less damage but more defense and deflect ability (for tanks) but if you put it in offhand it will still have less damage but will give bonus dmg to mainhand (so dps with dual-wielding won't suffer any nerfs). The other ideas are overicing the cake in my opinion, nice ideas, but a tad too far. And the change in appearance would allow for more variation in appearance, I imagine some Consulars/Inquisitors would go for them over regular lightsabers, since the light armour is pants.
