The Inhibitor is available from classic comms vendors in the daily areas, a kind soul who has crafted them for fun and profit, from the GTM (sometimes), and from crafting them yourselves. Please don't be PvP flagged, so as to prevent griefing. Gear should probably be Rakata level (58) minimum, but being level 55 will mitigate some of that.
