It's meant to have discussions regarding guilds and the servers in general. Easily searchable and as guilds are posted, they'll be organized into Master Lists for each server so that people can find a guild that matches what they're looking for. You can find them at http://www.swtorserverforums.com. Hopefully the site will see some action. Spread the word, and post your recruitment thread today!
