Ghosttouch Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 Hey all, Thanks, first off, for making a old school gamer feel so welcome in a story universe that I have loved since watching Star Wars at the Drive In when I was very very small. Now, my question, I hear talk in game of 'oh, I saw where they are add - - - - - - - to the game next patch!' Where are these well-informed gurus finding their info? I have searched the site, the forums...even googled til I can google no more. Give me a link, a hint, a tiny little cookie....anything to help a little lost sith on his way. Thanks all. I feel your confusion. Right before this patch had so many, "I see they're adding this" or "they said this" and I was like where?! I even posted on here. Best I have found is http://www.dulfly.com I think is the correct website. Pretty much accurate all things SWTOR related. Plus has good help on like finding the Tauntaun nest locations & the GSI search droid "epic" loot areas. lolz Also Devtracker is one I hear tossed around on the forums, although I am not sure where that is. But you might be able to google or search here and find the correct website. It maybe the Dev notes they release on here. Hope that helps some. That would be the main place for folks finding information. Dulfy is absolutely awesome for getting the best information and posting it the quickest particularly when it comes to walkthroughs. There's a handful of other sites that folks tend to hit when it comes to information outside of this one (the forums) as well: These are great for information about equipment and armor: http://www.swtorista.com/ http://tor-fashion.com/ This one's just good general info for character building if you get into that sort of thing: http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/ There's another website that has advice on builds, gear, rotations, etc: http://www.noxxic.com/swtor Warning about noxxic though- there are tons of people who have pointed out that a lot of their information isn't very good so take everything over there with a grain of salt if you decide to use it. But, yeah. Dulfy's the guru of getting all the information first, being accurate, having a walkthrough on just about anything you might be having trouble with and has tons of information about the game just in gneral. So, not only do you want to go to her site for upcoming information but I'd suggest checking there first along with searching the forums here any time you have any problems or questions about something. 9 times out of 10, if one of them doesn't have it?
