It will be a 12x12 FREE FLIGHT combat system where Players will be able to fight each other in a Free Flight environment! This has been a Long Awaited highly Anticipated part of the SWTOR experience. I would like to see this system extended to the main content of the game. It would be Great if our Personal Star Ships where also able to fly in a FREE FLIGHT Environment! Where YOU could explore the entire Galaxy with your Customized Ship and crew, with their new Flight Skills! CREW FLIGHT SKILLS; You could enhance your Crews Skills to include two “FLIGHT SKILLS”! One Primary and one Secondary, just in case one or more crew members were injured during a Space Battle! These skills would include Helm, Navigation, Engineering, Medic and Gunner! These skills would increase their performance as you trained them. SHIP MODIFICATIONS; You could not only add new Modifications to your ship but also SEE the new Modifications while in Space Dock or when your flying around in Space! You could even alter the appearance of your ship ENTIRELY! Altering the Inside and outside of your ship, making it truly unique. A New Paint job would be just one of the ways to change the LOOK and feel of YOUR Star Ship! EXPLORATION; You could NOW explore the Entire Galaxy! You could explore uncharted Space, Asteroid Fields, New Planets, Derelict Ships and Space Stations! You could even have Dog Fights with Pirates, Republic and Imperial Forces, Bounty Hunters, and Unknown Aliens! The possibilities are endless! This would add a whole new dynamic to the SWTOR Experience and its expanding content. Here’s an Example of a Scenario of how this could actually play out; You're flying around in uncharted space when a gang of Pirates comes along your port side and tell you to cut engines and be prepared to be boarded. YOU decide to fight as you take the Helm and begin evasive maneuvers. While in the fight one of your Gunners is injured and you have the choice of whether to leave that gun unmanned, go take the gun yourself or send another crew member to man the gun. Just as you’re about to win the fight, a fire breaks out in the Engine Room, but your repair droid is down. So you race to the Engine Room and put the fire out before the fire gets out of control and cripples the ship. All this action would take place in REAL TIME! NOW you would have a SPACE ADVENTURE, as well as a Planet side one. This would fully complete your Star Wars Experience!
