kazooingatzoo Posted October 8, 2013 Share Posted October 8, 2013 every time I try to parse my dps on the operation training dummy either on the gav or on my ship it resets mid rotation. 9 times out of 10 I'm on my gunslinger, now it might be the cast time on charge burst and aimed shot but im pretty sure its not me. bioware pls fix this or give me a solution Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The problem is if I do trickshot->flyby->aimed shot, it will reset, because I haven't dealt any damage to the dummy for almost 6 seconds. Assuming you are in the sharpshooter tree, either keep your DoT up, or fit flyby before a trickshot. Trickshot deals damage instantly, and will keep you in combat. Or similarly, pop out and back into cover to deal an instant charged burst. I agree the evade time on the dummy could be set a bit higher to make things easier on us, but you can work around it by avoiding the sequence instant attack + flyby + casted attack.
