I can buy for all my other chars the even level ones, but for some weird reason, all the even skill barrels, mods and armorings are missing. facesofderek Posted October 6, 2013 Share Posted October 6, 2013 Mostly because they're crafted by Cybertech for the Mods (every 4 levels, so 9, 13, 17, etc), and armorings, and by Armstech for the barrels. Check the mods vendor for the next planet, they'll sometimes have the Skill stuff for a few levels lower than the rest so usually the level you need.
