Alec_Fortescue Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 Very often those two abilities aren't getting us close enough or not close at all to an enemy. It was also said earlier that Vanguard's charging is also affected. I used Obliterate and Force Charge during one arena match and both just had my character perform an animation "in place" without getting close to an enemy.
