What's the point of making it dye-able when such a significant and obvious component of it can't be dyed? I doubt it's something they can fix easily because it's a tertiary dye zone that is outside the dye system. Far too many armour pieces seem to have this and it shows up a huge flaw in the dye system. I can understand why some old gear designed back at original launch would have this problem, it was designed before the dye system was introduced.
