We are looking for a Tank and a Ranged DPS for the one group, and 2 DPS (1 Ranged, 1 Melee) for the other. Optimized Gear and experience is an asset, but skill and fit with the group is what we're really looking for. We've got 2 of our 8 man groups looking for 1 tank each. Both of these groups are currently clearing HM DP/DF in one night and are looking to get ready for new NiM content, as well as do the occasional title run from the old NiM.
