A cheap item, that would be used to automatically get a schematic from a *green* item that qualifies for RE. make is 5CC, maybe 10, make it marketable.

 

if you wanted to go further. for 50 cartel coins, allow a better one time item to pull a random schematic off a *blue* item.

 

or for that matter. how about a random schematic pack*... 50 cartel coins for 2-8 green schem's, 1-4 blues, chance at a purp schematic. (all random btw... not to a specific class or skill set)

 

not unbalanced, just a convenience / economy item.
