The helmet is Master Striker/ War Medic/Somethingsomethingsdarkside, I think. I know Master Striker is one that has that model for sure. It's the level 50ish moddable gear. However, they have this white patterned stripe that replaces the secondary coloration scheme. I've yet to find one with an actual primary/secondary scheme. As for the armor, I think it's of the same set or in that area. A lot of the 35+ chest peices share the same core with different shoulderpads and accessories.
