(Collections) Add BoL option to armor and weapons

What I'm suggesting is adding a new purchasable unlock to the collections for armor and weapons that would be available once you purchased the account wide unlock option for an item.

 

Example: I see a sniper rifle I like in the collections and purchase the "Account wide" unlock for it for 600cc. Then a new purchasable unlock appears which lets me purchase "Bind on Legacy" for an additional 600cc or more.

 

Basically, you must purchase account wide before you'll get the option to purchase the BoL unlock. From that point on, the sniper rifle is a BoL item when ever I spawn it.

 

Another version of this idea would simply be that once the Account Wide unlock has been purchased you can either spawn a BoP version of the item or purchase one BoL version of it and if you want another, you must purchase it again.

 

Whichever you think will be more profitable and less painful to the in game economy.

While attempting to think of how this could be a detriment to the economy , I haven't been able to figure one out. Can anyone else think of ow this could be a thing for the game?
