Assault PvP Tactics Even though theorycrafters here on forums often disagree with what is on that site, I think that Noxxic can give you the general idea if you are regular player, if you are min-maxer you'd probably need better sources. When I'm in need of help with build and/or gearing basics and don't see any threads with the famous names on forums, I just go google noxxic, you'd be googling "noxxic vanguard pvp assault" or "noxxic vanguard pvp tactics" to get the results I posted above.
