Yngow Posted August 20, 2013 Share Posted August 20, 2013 So, even though you don't have any armor pen debuff what about if you always run with guardian tanks/dps, snipers or commandos middle tree? That will guarantee the 20% armor pen all the time, would that be enough to make the kinectic relic better? I use the kinectic relic on combat spec but sometimes I go watchman and I don't want to get a 4rth relic (also have the boundless that I swap in some fights) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
