They should be around 10-20 CC. Here's the reason: You can get them for free by sending them to other characters in a legacy weapon. So, given the choice of spending just a little bit of annoying time to do or spending 240 CC, I'll spend the time. Now, if they were only 10-20 CC, not only would I spend the CC instead of spending the time to send them through a legacy weapon, I would be more inclined to purchase every color for the sake of collecting them.
