Muffled sounds

As of patch 1.4, many skills from all classes have had their sounds muffled or non-existent completely. Tracer Missile before 1.4 used to give a mechanical "whir" when charging up and made a nice "whoosh" when fired. Now its just a "hiss". This is also the result for fusion missile, making them sound so pathetically weak.

*Also notice some of the blaster pistol sounds become muffled too.

 

Any word on a fix?
