Laurreth Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 This is kind of annoying; when the launcher is open, a narrow golden frame and the drop shadow are always rendered on top of all other windows, so to get it out of the way, e.g., while a patch is downloading, one has to minimise it or shove it to the very edge of the screen. Happens for me on Win7 and Win8 (64bit).
