I got confirmation from customer support today by phone that war hero crystal schematics can no longer drop from the grade 6 pvp crafting box. I'm so upset because I already opened 72 grade 6 crafting pvp boxes, believing it was possible for it to drop. It took months to open this many boxes. Can customer support give me the advanced Purple War Hero's crystal schematic since they failed to make it clear it can no longer drop. Plus I think I've earned the right to have it after all th time I spent. I'm so depressed right now. I'm also extreamly upset about this. I have a couple of the crystals bond to me. It says research available when I click the reverse engineer button.Please repond as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
