I have an old ticket that continues to display the green "update" graphic despite the fact that it has been closed for a while. I've written multiple tickets about this, and submitted bug reports in the past but nothing has happened after they were kicked up. I'm hoping to at least get some acknowledgement here in the forums because I'm tired of hearing "write a bug report" or "we will send this on to the dev team and you won't hear anything else about it". This has got to be the easiest bug to fix since no one else seems to have the same problem. Just delete ticket #6523691 from my CSHR log and everyone wins!
