Ancaglon Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 It's one of the places that you're supposed to use a flare gun to signal for reinforcements in a bonus mission for "Taking back Talaos", a Staged Weekly mission. If you try to use the flare gun elsewhere, it says "Required effect not present". So I am guessing that some sort of area effect is applied to players when they enter those areas, which has the effect of dismounting them, as if they had done some action.
