This issue has come about due to problems in processing cards and having some people unable to purchase coins more than once due to third party limitations at your end. One hyper crate typically costs more than 5500 cartel coins (the maximum number of cartel coins that can be purchased in a single transaction). As a result, players hoping to purchase hyper crates have to make two separate transactions, which can potentially prevent players from making future purchases due to the cartel coin purchasing bug mentioned in the following thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=638277 This could be fixed by adding another cartel coin package equivalent to the average cost of a single hyper crate, creating a 10000 cartel coin pack, or allowing players to purchase multiple cartel coin packs in a single transaction.
