AlrikFassbauer Posted June 13, 2013 Share Posted June 13, 2013 Hello, I personally believe that the intention to buy the Shipment I packs was lowered with the arrival of the Cartel Pack reputation. I also believe that because of this reputation, people rather preferred to buy the new reputation-based packs. As a result, I suppose to add at least some kind of reputation to ye olde Shipment I Packs when they arrive., With that, buying them contains a small "bonus".
