Cebius Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 So I dinged 55 a month ago or so. I have nearly full Partisan Medic gear, missing weapon and two more armor slots with my PvP gear. When in Warzones I see that I am bolstered to around 1880 Expertise. I notice that when switching out some of my expertise slots to Black Market (PvE rating 162 gear) my healing increases even though my bonus healing through expertise gets lower. Is this the state of the game? Will a fully PvE geared operative medic heal stronger in Warzones than a fully partisan geared one? Is the only difference that I will receive a couple % less damage when in full partisan? And if this is true, does it apply to DPS-specced operatives as well?
