TangoThree Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 Momentum is a republic guild looking for a few exceptional players to fill some empty spots in our 16 man progression group for the upcoming nightmare operations. We have an immediate need for Healers (prefer Scoundrel and Sage) and DPS. However all exceptional players will be considered. ABOUT US We are a PvE focused guild that aims for server first achievements. We have a strong core and most of us have been raiding together since launch. And in that time we have always been at the forefront of our servers progression. Our goal is to clear content quickly and efficiently; most of our members have real lives and do not play 40 hours/week. We raid Tuesday - Thursday 6-9 PST but typically clear all content by Wednesday. We have some of the best players on the server and you can expect that the people on our raids are up to that caliber. We were the republic first kills of S&V HM 8 & 16 man. We are not an elietest guild and we are always willing to help someone improve the way they play their class. WHAT WE EXPECT We expect that you are a competent raider and everything that goes along with that. You need to have excellent raid awareness and adjust quickly to changing circumstances. As we are a progression guild you can expect during new content that we will be frequently wiping and you need to maintain a good attitude and motivation during those runs. You need to be open to criticism and feedback about the way you play your class and use that information to make yourself a better player. We do not expect you to never make mistakes however you do need to learn quickly from those mistakes and share what you learn with the raid to help make us all better. And above all else you must be respectful of other guilds, players, and guildmates at all times. HOW WE WORK Raid attendance is mandatory but we have a system in place in case you are going to be away. We use an open and transparent suicide kings loot system. All repairs are paid for by the guild however you are expected to provide your own stims/adrenals/medpacks, and all high level crafting mats that drop are property of the guild. MOX and mumble with a working mic are required for all raids. HOW TO APPLY Visit our website momentum-tor.enjin.com and fill out an application. Please put some effort into your application as this is our first impression of you. After that you will be contacted in game by an officer to set up an interview in mumble. Once accepted you will be placed on recruit status until we can evaluate your performance in active operations. Once you pass the probation period and we feel that you are a good fit with our guild you will be promoted to raider at which point you will gain access to guild repairs and the use of crafting mats to min/max your character.
