I can say that all of the numbers were off in every conversation I had with HK-51 before I started taking SS. Not sure if this is because I have over 8000 affection with him already or a glitch involved with the unlock 'Legacy of Persuassion III'. I am extremely disapointed in this bug as it is already extremely hard to get HK-51 to max affection and also the fact that I spent money on a perk that doesn't seem to do anything but throw me a fake increase numbers.
