On the tool tip it says it increases the chance to resist force and tech attacks by 100% yet on the character stats under defense chance it shows 200% which is it?. Plus a lot of the times it doesn't make us resist i have seen guys stunned by force abilities such as force stun and its mirror ability is it shock? and they haven't resisted it even though they should of.
