Visual/Functionality Issues due to Long Loading Post 2.0

I'm not talking about a long load times at the loading of areas. I've got the load times minimized to mere seconds with my SSD Samsung 840 Pro.

The problem I am having since 2.0 and beyond is issues after the load screen. Sometimes everything is black, or textures are not loading at all for sometimes for as long as 30+ seconds. I've placed graphics ranging from highest to lowest settings and still having these problems. Regardless of having it on the highest settings I get high 50+ FPS which is very smooth.

Sometimes I mount and my speeder isn't there, or I'll run to the mailbox/bank/quest turn in box and its simply not there for 30+ seconds. If I stand where they spawn I get stuck inside them! I never had this issue before 2.0.

Pre-2.0 I recall seeing these items load in the distance while in route to them, but never ever do I recall them not loading upon my arrival. Now I find myself waiting additional time after the load screen before I can properly play, or I'm running to the mailbox/bank only to tab out of the game for a minute so it will load.

These are menial things to load and its very very frustrating having to wait 30+ seconds for these simple things to load so that I can do what I came there to do... I'm not sure what you did, but I am certain you did something to improve performance, but this is a step in the wrong directions, so please change it back.
