ZeroPlus Posted July 24, 2013 Share Posted July 24, 2013 (edited) As noted the Chest if from the Revanite quest line on Dromund Kaas, and the Legs are from the Balmorra Bonus Series. The rest of the pieces from the set are random drops and "Bind on Equip". You might get lucky and have one of the pieces drop for you.
